Meet Keshav, Senior Consultant in our Controlling Department 

Could you tell us about your Lidl journey so far?

I joined Lidl not very long ago and it’s been quite exciting. From learning how a large global supermarket operates, to understanding how global trends is disrupting retail industry, it has been an enriching experience.

What do you most enjoy about your role?

The projects have been quite enjoyable.

Fun, collaborative & intellectually stimulating.

What has been your biggest challenge?

Try to spend time understanding the business.

What's your fondest memory of working at Lidl?

Visiting a Lidl Regional Distribution Centre (RDC)

What advice would you give to anyone applying for a role at Lidl?

Try to spend time understanding the business & retail industry as a whole. Sharing your ideas on how to shape the business as customer is often valued

The office building is great.
