Acing your interview

Your experience as a Lidl candidate.

Step 1

When you've found the job for you, click ‘Apply’ and register or log in to upload your CV. You may then need to complete an online assessment as part of your application.

Step 2

If your application is successful, our Recruitment team will get in touch to discuss your next steps in the process - a phone interview, a face-to-face interview and one or two other practical exercises.

Step 3

After your final interview, we’ll contact you by phone or email to let you know if you’ve been successful. If you are, and you accept our offer, we’ll agree on a start date and send out your contract ready to be signed.
