Promotional Activities Graduate Management programme
Put your German language skills to use in a role that impacts every Lidl store across Great Britain. In this team you'll make decisions that impact the success of each Lidl store on a weekly basis in both the Non-Food and Food-Specials teams. With a range of opportunities to develop your skills whilst working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, this isn’t an ordinary grad programme, this is an extraordinary experience.
Buying Graduate Management Programme
This programme will take you through an intense, challenging but incredibly rewarding two years of structured development. You'll experience everything from working in our stores, to negotiating products and contracts, all on an international scale. This role offers the long-term scope to become a permanent Assistant Buying Manager with opportunities for further long-term progression.
Marketing Graduate Management Programme
Our Marketing team are Big on delivering outstanding creative and campaigns, that deliver against our Brand House and company objectives!
The Marketing Graduate Management Programme will take you through an intense, demanding but incredibly rewarding two years of structured development across the three core areas: Brand & Strategy, Campaigns & media, and Retail Marketing.
