When you join Lidl GB, you will be provided with branded tops, jackets, and name badges. You should provide your own trousers/jeans, and these should be a dark solid colour, durable, full-length and without logos, rips, tears, or embroidery.
We operate an overtime and undertime bank for colleagues who are paid by the hour. Overtime is calculated monthly as the number of hours you work more than your contracted weekly hours. Undertime arises if you work fewer hours than your weekly contracted hours. Your contracted hours will be confirmed in your contract of employment.
