As a Supply Chain Officer at Lidl, you’ll be a constant support to store availability through the analysis and smooth running of store replenishment systems. From implementing strategies to help resolve underperforming products and/or stores, to supporting turnover and cost saving opportunities with your expert knowledge. This is the perfect role for someone with laser-like eye for detail and an organisational superpower.

What you'll do

  • Analysing and making sure the availability of listed items 
  • Proactively preparing relevant employee training 
  • Making frequent independent decisions regarding orders
  • Confidently building strong, lasting relationships with suppliers
  • Making sure our ordering systems are accurate and regularly updated 
  • Always liaising with stores to support their key availability objectives

What you'll need

  • Degree-level education or 2 year’s relevant professional experience
  • An analytical mind and a methodical approach with strong PC skills and an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • The ability to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Good knowledge of German is desirable but not essential
