Step 1
Enter the job title on your referral card into the job search on this website. We have loads of live jobs, so do make sure you’ve found the job that matches your referral.
Step 2
If you like what you’ve read, simply select apply to start your application.
Step 3
Here’s the important part – once you get to the above page in your application, please enter the full name of the Lidl colleague who referred you into the highlighted box (this should also be on your referral card). If you don’t do this then the colleague won’t receive their reward!
Step 4
Complete your application. You should hear from us within 14 days of your initial application to find out if you've been shortlisted for a first stage interview (this also applies for regional vacancies). We'll contact you by email throughout the recruitment process.
