Warehouse Operative Eszter from our Runcorn region is currently on Warehouse Operative level 2 Apprenticeship, available to exclusively to Lidl GB colleagues. Here’s what else she had to say about her experience so far:

 “My experience on the apprenticeship so far has been extremely positive and beyond my initial expectations, my knowledge has been increasing fast and I have been learning things in depth about my role and how it contributes to the business and supply chain network, as well as learning more about how legislation and regulation can impact the business decisions, its community and its customer base.

The course has helped me in my training mentor role as I now have a deeper understanding of the material I am teaching the new employees and even though this initially pushed me out of my comfort zone I feel it is now making me feel more confident within myself and the workplace and I look forward to the new challenges ahead throughout the remainder of the course.
 
During the course I have been given time away from my role to learn new things, I have spent time with my Manager who has helped me understand and implement the new things I have learned and I have spent time on other departments to see how they service us or how we can better service them and the impacts this has on Lidl and the operations department I currently work for.
 
The 3 words I would use to describe the apprenticeship thus far would be self-confidence, exciting and challenging.”
