How have you found the apprenticeship so far?
It has been a great journey so far, lots of hard work and hours have gone into it.

How to be a better leader using lots of different techniques, understanding the business deeper and the departments.
How do you use your apprenticeship learnings in your day to day role?
I put all the little things I have learned into practice. For example, how to engage with customers better and active listening/
What are some examples of the off the job training you have completed?
- Understanding the back office deeper
- Spending time helping train up staff in 1 to 1 sessions
What are the three words you would use to describe your apprenticeship journey?
Informative, interactive and engaging.
