As well as our Property offices across the UK, we also have property and facilities teams based at our head office.
Our Property and Acquisition teams are responsible for the management and expansion of our current portfolio. They work on the full cycle of acquisition and construction from initial planning and finding new sites, through to buying the sites and project-managing the build. They also look at ongoing asset management, and developing relationships with key third parties along the way such as landlords and developers. It is an exciting time of growth for Lidl GB, as we are now investing so much in expansion, this is a team that never stops driving us forward.
Our Facilities Management team is responsible for maintaining our property portfolio, from offices to stores through to warehouses, ensuring all our sites and equipment are kept in the tip-top condition for our customers and employees. The team are responsible for ensuring legal and operational compliance as well as cost planning, tendering contacts and leading new sustainable projects through to implementation across all regions and stores.
