Head Office

• There are 301 car parking spaces at Lidl House and are available on a first come first serve basis.
• As you enter the car park, there will be a sign to show which levels have available spaces.
• If you are parking within a disabled space, please display your disabled badge.
• If you are unable to find a space at Lidl House, you can use the 80 overflow spaces at Goals access the road. The reserved spaces are available to all Lidl colleagues Monday - Friday between the hours of 7am - 7pm. Parking outside of the designated areas or times, may result in a fine, so please follow the guidance.

• A free shuttle bus service will run every 40 minutes from the south side of Surbiton Station to and from Lidl House every morning (between 07:00 and 09:00) and afternoon (between 16:20pm and 18:20pm).
• You'll be required to show your Lidl House Access Card when boarding the service.
• The collection and drop off area will be to the Southern side of Surbiton Station (near to Station Cars), but if you need to use the disabled exit you will need to vacate from the Northern side of the station (by the Surbiton Flyer pub).
• If you need to use the disabled exit you will need to exit from the northern side of the station (by the Surbiton Flyer pub). To notify the shuttle bus to collect you from this side, please call 0208 848 7711 (24-hour staffed phone line) and it will divert to collect you.
• Please note: the bus will have limited availability to park and wait, so please ensure you are at the pick-up point when you call.
• The drop off and collection point will be situated on the internal service road to the right of the main entrance to Lidl House. If you have any questions, please email FM.HO@lidl.co.uk

• The nearest Train Station is Tolworth, just a 2-minute walk to Lidl House (please remember to 'tap out' at this station, as there are no barriers).
• Surbiton Station is also close by and can be accessed via the bus service; therefore, it's recommended to check your route via Surbiton to work out the best route for you.
• Tolworth station does not offer disabled access and the travel advice for people with disabilities is to travel to Surbiton and plan from there. You will be able to catch the Lidl House shuttle bus. 

Cycling 

Within the Lidl House car park (on the ground floor) there is a colleague bike storage section. This area is access controlled and monitored by CCTV for your safety.

We also have visitor bike storage, which is located by the entrance of Lidl House.

Active Commuting 

If you are cycling, walking or running to work and need somewhere to change, the Active Commuting changing areas are open for you to use.

Active commuting changing rooms are open Monday to Sunday, 5:30am to 10pm.

Facilities available within the active commuting area: 

• Changing rooms
• Showers
• Drying room (for clothes that get wet in the rain)
• Lockers
• Hair dryers

Lidl is not responsible for any loss of personal property stored within the Active Commuting area. Lockers can be used overnight but will be emptied every Friday night let 6pm. Items left in lockers will be deemed to be lost property.

Valuable items left in lockers (e.g. mobile, keys, wallet, jewellery) will be deemed as "lost property" and subject to the lost property policy. please keep all valuables with you while using the facility.

Items left at the end of each day within the Active Commuting areas; Clothes/towels/shoes will be placed in list property and subject to Lidl House lost property policy.
