What you’ll do
Year 1
In your first year, you’ll spend a period in each of the following core Lidl business areas:
Year 2
You’ll spend the next year honing your expertise and crafting your management experience to get the most out of your programme, putting you in the best position to take your career to the next level.
Your innovative ideas, drive, and ambition will ensure you take every opportunity to improve yourself – and the business. In return, you’ll be given all the tools you need to succeed.
What you'll need
- A 2:2 degree in any discipline by September 2026, having graduated no earlier than September 2024.
- A full UK driving license by March 2026.
- To live – or be ready to relocate – within a commutable distance from your chosen Regional Distribution Centre
- To be legally entitled to work in the UK on a full-time basis
- The desire to learn, develop and succeed in a fast-moving, challenging environment
- Assertiveness and confidence in your communication skills
- The ability to maintain a positive mental attitude at all times
What you'll receive
