Receptionist

We are now looking for a proactive, confident and self-motivated Receptionist to be based in our brand-new Head Office located in Tolworth.

This is an ideal role for a positive, exceptional organised and dedicated receptionist who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will take pride in representing the business and maintaining the efficiency of this central function ensuring the business operations runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible supporting the office of 850+ people.

What you'll do

  • Covering the reception desk in the Head Office Monday to Friday (40hrs within our core hours of 8-6)
  • Managing internal and external queries over the telephone and emails
  • Greeting visitors and notifying the appropriate stakeholder holders of their arrival
  • Coordinating incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
  • Organise, manage and monitor repair orders
  • Enforce health and safety rules ensuring compliance
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for the business to plan maintenance tasks
  • Manage meeting rooms
  • General office management of facilities

What you'll need

  • Proven receptionist/secretarial/admin experience is essential
  • Proven ability to take initiative and work independently
  • A strong multitasker who has the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines & varied workload
  • Strong computer skills including Word and Excel
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Fast and flawless typing skills
  • Great numeracy and a real eye for detail
  • Outstanding organisation and confidence communicating at all levels
  • German language and or additional languages are desirable but not essential
