Just want to get stuck in?
We have all kinds of direct-entry graduate opportunities across the business that you can aim your skills at directly.
What you'll do
You might be flexing your analytical powers in Supply Chain, managing a multi-million pound store, or travelling the country to expand our Property portfolio. New roles come along all the time – so keep your ear to the ground.
What you'll need
To grab one of these direct entry opportunities, you’ll need to be proactive and show us that you’re ambitious. Seek out a role that suits you, and do your homework so you’re fully prepared for the application process. This process varies role to role, but you can expect to apply online, complete an online assessment and – if you’re successful – show us your passion over the phone, and at a face-to-face interview.
We’re an international retailer with our group Head Office based in Germany, so there are always opportunities for German speakers to join our Head Office teams, even if you’re not a native speaker. In some departments you may need business level German, while in others you just need the ability to understand and speak the language. The opportunities are endless!
What you'll receive
You will be well-rewarded for your work at Lidl. Not only will you be part of a secure, growing business, we’ll make sure you have quality training and progression opportunities if you want to develop a career with us.
