Senior Warehouse Operative, 37.5 hours, Lutterworth RDC

Our new Senior Warehouse Operative role is just one of the ways we’re creating opportunities for our people to progress. As a Senior Warehouse Operative, you will report directly to an Assistant Team Manager and support them to ensure a smooth and efficient warehouse operation. You will perform key operational duties like checking in stock, picking store orders, processing recyclables and pallet management tasks. You will also assist with the set-up, running and close-down of shifts when required. As well as making sure everything is running to plan, your manager will look for your support to implement new concepts, processes and procedures that make everything we do in the warehouse better.

Please note that as part of your application you will be asked to complete three online exercises taking less than 20 minutes, designed to provide us with a more in-depth understanding of you and your potential as a member of our team.
