Administrator - Branding & Packaging - Full Time - Wimbledon, South West London

Our Branding & Packaging Department buzzes with activity all day long as one of our biggest and fastest-growing teams. Based in our Head Office in Wimbledon, you’ll join an atmosphere where people thrive on the fast pace of the retail sector. You will be responsible for project managing the packaging process life cycle between buyers, suppliers, artwork production agencies, photographers and legal consultants. With your high standards, exceptional organisational skills and impeccable attention to detail you will play a key role in supporting the performance of your department. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, creative flair and excellent multi-tasking & administration skills!

  • Understanding and working to critical paths
  • Managing multiple products simultaneously and accurately logging each project
  • Coordinating between Buyers, Directors, suppliers and Design Agencies to ensure all requirements are met
  • Proofreading packaging artwork and the work of others within the team
  • Briefing artwork production agencies
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks

  • PC literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

  • £22,000 - £27,000 per annum (subject to experience)
  • An additional 10% of your annual salary as a non-contractual London Weighting benefit
  • 30 days annual leave per annum, pro rata (including Bank Holidays)
