As a Shift Manager you'll support our Store Managers and Deputy Store Managers and have full responsibility for the store when you’re running a shift. Managing a team of Customer Assistants, you’ll motivate the team to complete a busy workload and maintain the highest standards every day. You'll ensure that our store processes run like clockwork, following our clearly structured processes while keeping an eye on KPIs - it's a job that'll keep you on your toes.
Hands-on and proactive, you'll be an expert at delegating tasks, boosting performance and satisfying customers. You’ll also manage cash and ensure stock is received, checked and organised efficiently, while keeping your team aligned with regulations and procedures. We'll give you all the responsibility you need to prove yourself as a leader - and plenty of challenges to keep your career growing too.
