WAREHOUSE TEAM MANAGER
Running a team in a Lidl distribution centre is a big job. Whether it’s Goods In, Goods Out or Selection, your teams will be handling thousands of pallets of different products, including fruit and veg, meat and poultry, alcohol and frozen goods. Our warehouses are a 24-hour operation and everyone needs to be performing at their best all the time to get the job done, because servicing over 670 stores across the UK is no mean feat.
With your natural people skills, you'll inspire everyone to give it their all to keep up with orders coming in from our stores. You'll make sure each pallet is perfectly packed and stacked, so every store receives exactly the stock they need, when they need it. Is every item in tip-top condition? Every last can and carton counted? You're the one to make sure.
To lead and develop Warehouse Operatives and Assistant Team Managers, you'll need to be assertive and happy handling different personalities. It's full-on, fast-paced and not for the faint-hearted.
