STORE MANAGER

Lidl Store Managers don’t have their own office. You don’t spend much time away from the hustle and bustle of the shop floor and you rarely spend any time off your feet when you’re at work. That’s because you’ll have 47.5 hours a week to make sure every task is completed. You’ll keep customers happy and the store hitting its targets, leading your team as if this is your own business. You’ll follow clear processes and procedures accurately, be organised and an expert in effective time-management and delegation. Many people don’t understand what it takes to be a Store Manager at Lidl. One day, you will come in at 5am to help the team set up the store and the next, you might work a late shift to do a stock-take. One of the best skills you could have as a Store Manager is problem-solving and thinking on your feet.
