Our Audit department ensures every team in our Head Office, Regional Distribution Centres, Property Offices and Stores is supported to do their work in the most effective way, in compliance with all legal and process-driven requirements. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across every level of the business, identifying and analysing risks, while developing and implementing solutions that help us remain compliant and optimise our operations.

What we're looking for
Speed and accuracy is essential in this fast-paced environment, and so an ideal candidate will have great attention to detail and the ability to consistently meet deadlines. We expect our people to build strong working relationships, collaborating across the business with stakeholders at all levels. You’ll need to be able to communicate effectively, whether it’s supporting the people on your team, or delivering feedback to audited units. You’ll need to be flexible, adaptable, quickly discovering the nuances of the departments you’re auditing whilst understanding complex processes and operations.
There’s lots of skills that will serve you well in this department, from collaboration and conflict management, to a strong understanding of the Microsoft Office suite and report writing skills. Whether you have a background in auditing, or experience in the business areas we work with, such as Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics and more, or perhaps a degree to show your potential in the role, you’ll be able to grow and succeed in this department.
