If you have a fresh outlook, customer focus and the appetite for a fresh challenge matched by the desire to learn and succeed, then this is the opportunity for you. Our structured training will give you responsibility from day one, and help develop your commercial know-how through hands on operational experience.

What can you expect?

The training programme offers grounding in the basics of retail before moving onto Store Management operations. An experienced Store Manager will guide you through your training, where you will learn about cash and inventory control, as well as people development and leadership qualities. On completion of your training you will take on real responsibility to support your Store Manager in the successful running of the store, including sales maximisation, cost control and the Human Resource Management of up to 30 employees.

What are we looking for?

Your success will depend upon you being able to demonstrate that you can motivate, lead and support the development of your store team. Your practical hands-on approach, pro-activity, eye for detail and excellent people skills should be supported by a flexible attitude and adaptability. You will have excellent customer service skills and previous management experience would be an advantage however providing you have the right attitude is not essential.

We can offer long term career prospects, a starting salary of £21,000 - £27,000 subject to experience and 30 days’ holiday per annum (including Bank Holidays).
