Lidl UK becomes the first British Supermarket to introduce the living wage
We are proud to announced that from the 1st October 2015 we will adopt the Living Wage, as part of our ongoing commitment to investing in our employees following a record year with sales reaching over £4billion.
With this introduction we will be the first British Supermarket and this will mean that all Lidl UK employees receive a minimum of £8.20 per hour across England, Scotland and Wales, and £9.35 per hour in London.
