Our International Traineeship offers you the opportunity to generalise in our business operations, then specialise in a specific department. After applying to a specific department, listed below, you will commence on a two-year fast track, intensive development journey around our UK and international business. This programme will give you the specific skills, knowledge and well-rounded retail knowledge to become a successful future leader.

Starting in one of our regional distribution centres, you will experience the operational side of our business in store and in one of our warehouses. From here you will develop the fundamental retail skills. After you regional training period you will join the relevant head office team. During this period, you will delve deep into the detail of your department and build up a picture of how the department supports the wider business. We run a tight ship, so you will need to be ready to get stuck in and take on real live projects and responsibilities across several key roles.

Armed with knowledge, experience and professionalism your next stop will be our International HQ. If you can speak German fluently then you will spend three months working within your department in our global HQ in Neckarsulm. Then it’s back to the UK with a bang! Your final phase of training will see you take on responsibilities, deliver projects and grow yourself into a fully-fledged retail professional.
